Singapore · Systems Integrator for Critical Infrastructure
Allstar Systems specifies, sources, inspects, and delivers the network, data center, and industrial process equipment that operators, enterprises, and industrial buyers depend on from technical specification through delivery and support.
Our delivery model the same four stages govern every contract
Who We Are
Based in Singapore, Allstar Systems works between global manufacturers and the operators, enterprises, and industrial buyers who depend on their equipment. We specify, source, test, and deliver carrying responsibility for the system as a whole, not just its parts.
Our engagements span telecommunications and network infrastructure, enterprise data center systems, and industrial process equipment and spare parts, each delivered under Incoterms-governed contracts with defined warranty, inspection, and support obligations.
Capabilities
Three practice areas, each backed by manufacturer and authorised-channel relationships and full technical documentation.
Specification, supply, and integration of carrier-grade network equipment for telecommunications operators, engineered to interoperate with existing 4G core infrastructure and supplied with manufacturer certification and technical documentation.
Supply of OEM spare parts and replacement assemblies for industrial process equipment agitators, mixers, and separators sourced from European manufacturers with certificates of origin, quality, and conformity issued at the factory.
High-density virtualization, storage, and switching platforms built on GPU-accelerated compute, sized to organizations running data-intensive, mission-critical workloads that cannot tolerate downtime.
Sectors
Carrier network equipment and integration.
OEM spare parts for process and rotating equipment.
Tender-specified procurement with full document packages.
Virtualization, storage, and networking at production scale.
Approach
The same four-stage process governs every contract, regardless of system type or scale.
We work from the end user's technical requirements to define scope, model numbers, and manufacturer origin captured in a detailed goods and pricing appendix before any contract is signed.
Equipment is sourced from manufacturers and their authorised distribution channels brand-new, current-year production, with certificates of origin and quality obtained from the manufacturer or an accredited chamber of commerce.
Goods are tested and inspected against specification and quantity before dispatch. Where the contract requires it, inspection reports are issued to the buyer ahead of shipment, under the Incoterms 2020 term agreed for that contract.
Freight-prepaid delivery to destination, followed by a warranty period covering parts, replacement, and on-site technical response within committed timeframes.
Global Reach
Coordinated from our Singapore headquarters, every shipment is tracked from factory floor to final destination, with freight, customs, and insurance documentation handled end to end. Client identities, destinations, and system details are not published.
FAQ
Delivery terms are set per contract under Incoterms 2020. System contracts are typically delivered CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To), where Allstar Systems arranges and pays for carriage and insurance to the named destination; spare parts supply is more often handled FCA. Lead times run from roughly 16 weeks for parts supply to around 40 weeks for integrated systems.
Hardware on system contracts carries a 24-month free-of-charge warranty from final acceptance, with a technical support window extending to 60 months, of which the first 24 months are backed by the manufacturer. Spare parts supply typically carries 12 months from commissioning. Software licensing terms are specified separately per system, including perpetual and subscription-based models where applicable.
